Where does 6clicks store data?

Currently, 6clicks maintains and hosts data from our main data centre in Australia. In the short term, we will be opening up at least 5 new centres around the world, with the vision to expand even more over the next few years.

We want to give our users the fastest and most reliable option to connect with relevant stakeholders in the risk management process.

Can I select the location of where my cloud site data is stored?

6clicks will optimise the location of your data based on what is ideal for your business based on points of access.

If your business has specifications outside these requirements, please (contact us) to see if we can accommodate your specific desires.

Is there a default data centre? Where is it located?

6clicks cloud infrastructure is hosted with "NTT in the US at the Ashburn, VA and Santa Clara, CA locations."

Is data processed differently for Users and Service Providers?

We have different packages for these stakeholders, but security is our priority for all our users/partners.

We know that privacy is important to our customers, and our policy is to comply with laws related the use of personal data and ensure we meet the applicable standards set out in such laws.

This is why Atlassian certifies to the Privacy Shield framework and adheres to the Privacy Shield principles and standards. The Privacy Shield framework is a program agreed to by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Commission to ensure adequate privacy protections for European Union (EU) customers/users when their personal data is moved outside Europe.

We also help you meet onward transfer requirements under the GDPR by executing Standard Contractual Clauses through our updated Data Processing Addendum.
