Responding to an Internal Risk Assessment

1. If you want to navigate to a pending internal assessment, select the Assessments tab from the main menu and enable the Inbound filter at the top. Then, select the desired assessment from the assessment inbox.

If you have been notified of an assessment by:

(i) being sent an assessment link by email; or

(ii) having received a notification about an assessment question being assigned to your 6clicks account.

Click on the link or notification, respectively, to continue.

2. You will be taken to the first page of the risk assessment. Depending on the selected assessment, you may be shown an introduction page. Otherwise, you will be shown the first question page of the risk assessment.

If you want to invite the rest of your team members to participate in completing the WHOLE risk assessment, use the Invite Your Team function in the top right (as pictured below).

This is different from assigning individual questions to specific users, which is covered in step 4.

3. The assessment questions can vary by type. For canned response questions, select the preferred option from the Answer dropdown as shown below.

For long-form questions, type your response in the corresponding text box.

4. Assign relevant team/users to specific questions by selecting the icon in the bottom left as pictured below.

Add an (i) existing user by typing in their account name or (ii) new users using email address.

5. Add any additional explanation or comments by clicking the comment icon in the bottom left.

Add text as needed and hit Save.

6. When you’ve finished the questions on the first page, hit Next Page and answer the questions.

Repeat steps 3 to 6 until you make it through all assessment Domains.

7. When satisfied with the assessment responses, click Submit to finalise your answers.

Responding to a risk assessment as a new third-party

1. Once you have received a link to a 6clicks risk assessment, click on the URL.

2. As a new user, you will be asked to sign up to 6clicks for free.

Enter your details and hit Submit to continue to the assessment.

3. You will be taken to the first page of the risk assessment.

Depending on the assessment, you may be shown an introduction page. Otherwise, you will be shown the first question page of the risk assessment.

4. The assessment questions can vary by type. For canned response questions, select the preferred option from the Answer dropdown as shown below.

For long-form questions, type your response in the corresponding text box.

5. Assign relevant team/users to specific questions by selecting the icon in the bottom left as pictured below.

Congratulations, you have completed your first 6clicks risk assessment!

Additional Navigation Tools

To navigate to a specific question within the assessment, use the search function at the top of the screen.

To view questions assigned to specific users or teams, select the relevant options in the Filter by users dropdown.
